Seth Baetzold's 24 mile Saint Croix River Swim
On Saturday October 1st 2022 Seth Baetzold will be attempting to swim 24 miles in the Saint Croix River!
Starting around 6:30 am from the Stillwater Boom Site Public Dock Seth will swim past the Stillwater Lift Bridge, Highway 36 bridge, I94 bridge, and all the way to Point Douglas Park in Hastings Minnesota.
The finish will be the end of the Saint Croix River before the river meets with the Mississippi river.
The water temperatures historically have been between 55 and 65 degrees F.
A 6 person crew including a motor boat and kayak will escort Seth from the start to finish. The swim will be racing sunlight as there are is less than 12 hours.
The race may be altered due to conditions outside of our control.

7:30 to 9:30 AM, City of Stillwater
10:30 AM to 12:00 PM Enter the City of Hudson
11:30 AM to 1:30 PM Troy Beach Hudson WIsconsin
1:00 to 2:30 PM Lake Saint Croix Beach
1:30 to 3:30 PM Afton State Park
2:30 to 4 PM Kinnikinnic State Park
4:30 to 7:15 PM, Point Douglas Park, Hastings MN
