Teach yourself butterfly with this dryland

The key to learning butterfly is learning to breath early.

The drill: Start with your arms in streamline with your forehead touching the floor. Next lift your head. Next, pull your arms back. It will be temping to recover your arms but don't do it, lower your head back down first. Finally, recover your arms over your head and back to streamline.
